If you did not like the design quality simply return/exchange the product within 5 days of delivery. Need to return – Few points to remember
- Returns/exchange request need to be within 2 days of the delivery of product. still depend on use of spy products.
- All returned items must be unused and not manipulated, and returned with original packaging and tags in place. Items without tags or manipulated will not be accepted.
- In case of returning a product when payment done by COD, you can email us at support@thesecuritydevice.com with your bank account details for refund.
- In case of return, shipping charges shall be non-refundable. Rs: 60 or charged shipping whichever is higher as a shipping charge, will be deducted from the actual amount.
- In case you receive a damaged/defective, the company should be notified within 24 hours of receipt. Please share snap shot or Unboxing Video
- Any returned item received by us that does not meet the above mentioned conditions will not be accepted, and will be returned to the customer at their expense. No amount will be reimbursed in this case.
- Please make sure that the returned items are packed securely to prevent any loss or damage during transit. For all self-shipped returns, please use a reliable courier service.
- In case of exchange of product with different size/model, customer will have to pay Rs: 60 for the second shipping charge. But initial shipment would remain free (it was paid via thesecuritydevice.com).

- Self-ship: Customer will have to self-ship the product(s) back to us, to reach our Returns Department.
