Can I cancel the order?
The Customer can only cancel the order before shipping the products, No cancellations after dispatched the product. Once you request the cancellation of item(s) in your order, we refund the entire amount paid for the order as per refund policy. You will notify the same.

How can i track my order?
You will receive the mail regarding your shipment details and tracking ID, you can track it online by going to “track your order” page to known your order status and you can also track the shipment on courier partners tracking portal. like Blue Dart, DTDC Express.

How will i receive invoice/bill of my order?
We ship all packages with an invoice that can found along with the product. if after you need another invoice, we will send softcopy of your invoice to your email within 48 hours of delivery of your order.

Will i have to pay for any hidden costs?
Shipping is completely FREE. you do not have to pay any extra cost or tax.

Do you deliver at all the locations across India?
We offer delivery of our product across India. For pre-paid orders we deliver at all pin codes in India. For COD orders we currently deliver at more than 7000 pin codes. The COD pin code list is constantly updated, and after the order is placed, a call from our call centre confirms whether our logistics partner delivers at the specific pin code.

Can i change my shipping address after placing an order?
Please by advised that your shipping address cannot be revised after the order has been placed successfully.

I was not available at time of delivery. What do i do?
If the courier has made 3 attempts to deliver your package and you were not available to accept the shipment, Please call up on the number provided on the ‘missed you’ intimation slip. you can also contact on customer care number or send an e-mail at .

How long will the delivery take?
It’s really quick! We process and ship every order within 24 working hours. the delivery time may vary between within 2-3 Business Days depending on your location in India and courier
company used, In some cases, it may take longer to receive the shipment depending on your accessibility.

Can i check the package at time of delivery?
Our courier person will hand over the package to you only once payment has been made. Please do not accept any package if it is tampered.

Do you deliver internationally?
Presently we do not deliver items internationally. However, we plan to start this service soon.

The package i received was damaged?
We request you not to accept a package if it is tampered. In case you already have and that has an issue, Please reach out for help.
