Every product has by default 1 month warranty. Some products have 1 year warranty and some products Lifetime warranty and will be specified on product page itself.
Warranty covers only functional defects like not recording video/audio/photos , led not blinking, not charging etc within the warranty period but do not cover any physical damage to the product or burnt pcb/chip.
